It's like an easier BK case.Just make sure you are equipped to take CC.

@Anthony M. just started looking for a CC for myself, for the exact same reasons as you.

As Bryan said, in C/C+ areas people seem to notice flooring/paint (it's assumed these things will be good in Class B/B+) followed by the other items. 

I know a lot of people like QB, but its expensive and I've been using Quicken for decades, you just set up the categories for each type of transaction, and categorize the transactions that you download from the checking and CC banks.

I've paid for expenses/upgrades with my personal CC and kept track through Excel.

We  haven't actually been to the last phase of 'training' yet where there will be more upsell for POF - One on One mentoring - Field Training - and other stuff, and we have laid out 30k on CC so far, plus have to pay for our 6 day out of state trip to attend.

The debt my wife and I had about  was 13k at time CC.
