Right at the start he started whining about how HE Underestimated the Cost of the job.Then his team of unskilled (I didn’t know at the time) illegals show up without their boss and speaking not a lick of english so I can’t even ask them to take off their shoes before they track some kind of dirt/grease throughout the carpets.Oh it gets worse... after I had left and came back they said they were done (or I think that’s what they were saying) and it looked like a bunch of 6 year olds did the job ~ didn’t even take the outlet and switch covers off, but painted around and in some cases over them.

Scammers are often from outside the US and speak broken English.

As @Curt Smith mentioned, West Cobb (Mableton/Austell) may have more options.Alternatively, depending on your risk tolerance, you may keep an eye on pockets in the Westside area (Grove Park, Washington Park, English Avenue, as well as East Point/College Park.

The students will speak decent English, too.

They will usually have a decent ability to speak English, but can find the process of renting, etc., a bit daunting and may not understand your American accent.  

They want to rent it.They speak very little English, but have a friend that can translate.

I have this real estate agent for few years everything go well until recently also i uses this agent because English is my third language and she speak Cantonese and English therefore i dont have lot of choice 

I speak English and a little Spanish, am single, clean andrespectful of others, don't have any pet but no problem if you havegot pets.
