If I could I WOULD just invest, like a shark, in small business all-day every-day!

Too many sharks out to eat little minnows. 

Some shark bites and half inch  or 3/4 inch copper pipes.

I have owned just before the bubble popped in Cali, I cannot stress how important it is to arm yourself with knowledge and lists, I paid for a program once, I was grossly under trained, swimming with the sharks as they call it, but I jumped in and I learned some lessons.

(Hint: if you see a buying company with Roman numerals as part of the name, it is most likely a fund.)There were 5 or 6 big groups, and dozens of small to middle sized groups trying to swim with the sharks.  

DM is kinda like going to Vegas and playing the slots.

I am also interested in hearing about other safe cities to invest in other than California and Arizona.As a shark, I know the value of a good investment, and I am confident that this property has the potential to be a great one.
