I have owned just before the bubble popped in Cali, I cannot stress how important it is to arm yourself with knowledge and lists, I paid for a program once, I was grossly under trained, swimming with the sharks as they call it, but I jumped in and I learned some lessons. I’m still a rookie and looking to move up the latter.
