I appreciate you helping me, do you know any solid real estate guys that aren't just trying to sell a course and I was planning to go to 2 seminars from *************(But I can't because I'm not 18) and this free real estate workshop one in Sacramento.

Recently I participated in a three days property investment workshop from Legacy Education (Rich dad poor dad) which ignited my interest in REI in the US.

They are also having a special workshop on January 12th you should attend.

My clients' feedback was they thought the home was very nice and liked the garage/workshop, but they were not too keen on the area.

I am their guest trainer for a one day workshop on Saturday January 12th.

I'm a complete novice at investing of any sort and am attending a workshop on note investing in SoCal this weekend.  

The home is now 1856 square feet, 3 bedroom, and 1 and 3/4 bath, with a large carport and workshop added on as well.
