Should I accept and get rental #1 underway or what?

We now have our 3rd fix & flip underway and just found our 4th and future project...If there is someone out there with fix& flip properties, we are really interested!!!

That said, a market shift, well of course but that was happening pre-covid-19 and it just appears that most don't bother to have read about the shift to a predominantly renter based society underway, on pace to flip the numbers to 60/40 renters over homeowners vs the reversed historic average (yeah, thought I was just a pretty face huh).

If you do, it may cover the cost of a hotel while the repairs are underway.

The area is already evolving, especially with the St Elizabeth and homeland security developments underway.

But it'll be a while before you begin to see fruits of the economic development underway.
