Flips and Interest Rates
The ARV on a deal I'm evaluating is $400K, with the comp selling in January 2022.
This would be my first flip after having done renos and BRRR and I'd be interested to hear thoughts on the rising interest rates, flips, using the comp as realistic or if I should plan for a lower sale price, given where interest rates are now vs 6 months ago.

@Alison Rodriguez, four months is kind of a lot for comps. Try to stick to 1-3 months comps!
