These are rhetorical questions but newer investors should speak with a trustworthy agent that has your back when making these decisions.

Just make sure you have a great person that is trustworthy, transparent and knowledgable on the ground. it can be a realtor, contractor, another investor, etc.....but that is the key piece and the value that i bring here

People need confirmation that are trustworthy, do what you say you will do, and are easy to work with.

There are 100’s of PM’s in the Tulum area but probably less than 3% of them are trust worthy, registered and legal to operate such a company.
