@Lori EvansSoftware - there are a couple options, Quickbooks, Stessa, Quicken, etcI personally prefer Quickbooks.You may want to reach out to your accountant to see which software he works with so he can troubleshoot for you if you have any questions.Alternatively, you can also reach out to your accountant and see if he/she works with a bookkeeper that can help you with your books.

Check pressure before and after to troubleshoot if you have a problem with pressure loss through your filter system.I know they can get a sediment or mineral buildup in the casing or pipes.
