Systems - what are your best practices?

Hi BP - I am new to bigger pockets and I learn a lot from the post discussions, thank you for sharing your knowledge and advice. I currently have a vacation rental, a SFH, LTR and 2 duplex. One of my 2020 goals is to expand my real estate portfolio. I am learning how importance it is to develop good systems. What are your best practices for your systems? What tools or software do you use to stay on top of books and everything. I have a demanding 9-5 and a family, so time and efficacy is important to me. I appreciate your guidance. Thank you!
