You wont get tired after 4 years.

I kicked the tires for several weeks and quickly learned that they are still Basic in their functionality. 

I get/got hammered all the time on BP to mentor etc as I am sure you do with your genius tax sale plays and to weed out the tire kickers I find those that are serious are Ok paying for a little bit of my time for one on one. 

I'm tired of wasting so much time on dead leads.. does anyone have a good way to get decent leads of high motivated sellers?

You want to buy when market is tired/stagnant and sell to FOMO buyers when inventory at ATL lol kind of same principle when buying/selling stock lol

I’m saying this because the entire kitchen looks tired, and cosmetic fixes can only do so much.

I'm certainly not giving permission for my lender to give out my contact info to anyone who asks for it  exactly you know how many tire kickers are  out there.. giving out someones info that is qualified to take down a loan is a very poor idea bad actors would be all over that one..

I'm wanting to connect with investors in my area to talk real estate,  my friends are tired of hearing about it.
