You can let her know about the property and have her be as active as she would like to be and as active as your wife thinks is appropriate for her right now that won’t take away from her developmental experiences.Then, when she graduates high school, the property should have 20-30k equity that can go towards her education and she can learn as much as she is willing to take advantage with the process of owning a property without the stress of managing it.I share this with you both as a marriage therapist and as an investor who has done this exact thing with my oldest 3 kids (ages 14, 13, and 10).

Although they're basically a scam in my opinion, these sites do usually have relationships with licensed therapists and other health care professionals so that they can generate the appropriate letters and be compliant with the law.
