Self Employed looking to start/join Accountability Grp. FL NC

Good day!

I'm a self-employed therapist, now recommitting to building my practice and also furthering investments in Real Estate, specifically for short term-rentals. I own and rent out a condo in FL, but it is managed by an HOA; between that and the City of Orlando, it's not an option for short-term rental. I am "nomadic", so I want to purchase another property that can be my "base" and allow me to rent it out while I am traveling. I'm interested in the St. Petersburg, FL area (but am reading more and more about short-term restrictions there...) as well as locations in/near the mountains of NC/TN.

I plan to re-read the BP Books, be more active here, and I'd like to connect with others to join or create an accountability group that meets at least monthly. My girlfriends are sick of me trying to rope them into financial accountability/goal setting, so I figured (duh.) it makes more sense to gather like minded folks with similar goals and situations.

So if you're a goal-oriented/accountability nerd like me, let's meet! I'm hoping to get going with an established or new group by July 2020.  Not looking to be sold anything or join any groups that will turn to paid membership.
