A letter from a therapist?

Then when I graduated with my master's degree, I started to get paid as a therapist making 40k a year.  

I'm seeing a therapist and trying to take it slow with all of this.

Guess I need a cult therapist more than anything. 

Have a contract on a 10,000 sq ft (main floor) commercial office building with a mix of tenants such as dentists, massage therapists, insurance agent, and real estate company.

AND she is a Psycho therapist / expert!!

broaden the marketing a bit...occupational therapists, physical therapists, resperatory specialists and on and on...they have outsourced all these formerly doctor functions to specific professionals now, and like traveling nurses they are often young, getting paid well and love to travel.

I am currently a physical therapist in Indianapolis and looking to start into real estate.

Almost like a therapist, a good mediator can really help people come to terms because they help take some of the emotion out of conflict.
