Put in a pan and make it a stand up shower with glass or tile enclosure.

Instead of installing a shower enclosure, they can come in and spray the walls and tub.

They are not safe in any state and must be option a) completely retrofitted with a completely new core (leaving only the enclosure in place), or b) completely new panel with new everything.

"A" zone is interesting one also as it has full coverage for enclosure areas unlike every other A numbered or lettered zone.

Rick-Hopeful to be on the market by THIS weekend, the replacement windows and frameless shower enclosure will happen NEXT week but I'm not worried about going to market without them.The windows are a funky size, I called Umpteen different places trying to get them manufactured in time but to no avail.The frameless shower enclosure is MY fault it won't be installed on time.... mainly because I forgot about it until the other day.  

i'd put the water tank in a "shower stall" type of enclosure where the tank sits in a waterproofed area and drains straight outside the house. kind of what Stephen said.

This time it was a gasket that had failed on the part where the glass enclosure joins the metal frame at the base.

Another idea I had was to put it into a "rack cabinet enclosure" (Amazon) and then somehow bolt that down onto a shelf or cabinet.But then the router/modem would be visible...
