For hyperlinks, there is a "link" button just below the text box you are typing in as you comment.For mentioning a member, use the @ symbol and type their name.

I've learned that if you start with an "@" symbol and then start typing the person's name a box will pop up to select the name.

Also, when you reply on forum posts use the @ symbol followed by the person's name you are replying to and they will be notified that you responded.

This is a symbolic gesture of your good will but also lets them know you are serious in your intentions.After the first incremental rent increase you may loose a tenant.
