Trying to find a REIC in the San Gabriel valley . goal is to buy 3 homes this year. Flip  2 homes And buy and hold one. Who's actively searching for properties???

Yes there are a lot of people flipping all over so cal. If you go to any of your local meet ups you will find a few.
