I can install Google Analytics to measure how much traffic my website is generating, which allows me to then install a code for retargetting ads that will follow that site visitor.

It's back from September and a little 'technical' to get thru, but if you are interested in Zillow's Zestimate data and analytics background story, it's pretty interesting to listen to. 

I wish I kept better analytics of the portfolio but it feels like it didn't get shocked as much as the broad-based indicies during '08. 

My back ground is in church and non-profit work, but one year ago (March '17) I got into slingin' mortgages.I'm highly analytical and I'm addicted to spreadsheets.

We are extremely investment centered and analytical.

I do listen to excellent podcasts on Bigger Pockets and am currently in process of doing my second "buy and hold" deal most probably in Jacksonville FL.To all my knowledgeable friends here,  I want to say you do a  "Great Job" teaching others (through discussions) so that Real estate becomes a joyful adventure where newbie investors like me can gain from superb advice !!

HA also has a bunch of free new analytical tools to help you see demand and adjust pricing.

There is a lot to be gained in this township and it requires good analytics of where you spend your money.

For your market as I think folks here love numbers and to be analytical.
