What specific details do you look for in a lead (e.g., financial info, property condition)?

While some folks may not change the way they underwrite from one type of property to another, what specific property are you interested in, SF, 2-4 MF, or 5+ MF? 

Is there a specific link to the 30 day review timeline and the implications if they don't review it in time (State or via Cape Coral sites)?
