I can't sleep at night feeling I may have left money on the table, so I do same day. 

I do realize some margins are tight but a minute of lost sleep to me is worth more than $1k.  2 minutes of lost sleep is worth more than $2k.

We have a big cabin that sleeps 16.  

As long as they're getting paid and feel they're doing worthwhile work, there are plenty of Millennials and Gen X who will sleep at their desks.

Other brands include the full-service Clarion chain, Rodeway Inn budget hotels, and Sleep Inn.

They've been the best tenants because they are only there half the time and even then, they work all day and just sleep there.

But don't sleep on Central Florida in areas like Polk County either.

I have a higher nightly rate because I can sleep more people, my taxes and insurance are higher.
