People might argue this with me, but I do not believe the vast majority of these folks are deadbeats, but somewhat a victim of the market, government pushed loans, and "instant gratification" conditioning that our society provides.

MatThanx for the post, but, and I don't mean any disrespect, you sound like an Agent..The problem is that many novice investors don't know what questions to ask the agent and we live in an instant gratification society.

On the bright side, at least he's not hypocritical in his current attitudes on marijuana, as he has called for its legalization.Then there are the questions about Beck being a pedophile and some other past sexual offenses with underage girls; the fact that he preempted these accusations by bringing up the topic himself (and denying it) on his radio program is suspicious, but so far there is no substantial evidence that this is the case.

I've never seen any studies that indicate sexual preference has any impact on credit-worthiness, trust-worthiness or integrity... :)

I think the truth is that, as a whole, the previous generation or two were (again, as a whole) in possession of a stronger work ethic while lacking the need for immediate gratification compared to today's 20-through-40-somethings.
