The Lawyer probably has process servers to handle this.

I thought BP must be having problems and on a backup server or something and surely it would be fixed.

I once had a new server serve notice a day too early and managed to get it to go through the court because I stood there and took my scolding and didn't say a peep about it.  

(as we are all paid differently).Rough draft of timeline and probably miss something (but someone will chime in and help).1. 1st - rent day2. 2nd - serve 14 days notice by sheriff/constable or yourself (my favorite way)3. 2nd-15th - tenants has a right to "cure" it and pay the entire rent.4. 16th (next business day)  - have sheriff or Constable server Summary Process (you can not do this). 

Perhaps the demand was so high that we DDoS'd the server. :)

Florida evictions take about 30 days from start to finish, see if you can get a process server who will file the papers for you, they are cheaper than attorneys, and PLEASE read the Florida Landlord Tenant Laws as it pertains.

I use a licensed process server for all my 3-day notices.

I tried to reach www.landlordaccounting.com but server refused to load.
