Looking to get into the BRRRR game and trying to estimate how much renovations will cost for an average distressed 2-3 bedroom home roughly 1200 square feet or less.

I currently assign these scores manually, but it’s tedious and limits how quickly I can evaluate opportunities.Ideally, I’d like to:•Automate the collection of MLS/Zillow data.

Then you hire a coach to accelerate your learning and take you to the next level.Using a sports analogy, it would be foolish to hire a basketball coach if your intent is to play pickup games every Saturday for fun.

Real estate investing is a team sport and at different points in the game different players will play more important roles.

If they did, they would be out of business very quickly.

I have clients who invest in the SDSU area to students, nearly zero vacancy, because of the demand, proximity to campus and quickly executed turnovers. 

Ideally, I'd be able to add some quick value with fast/lower-cost improvements, but I'm not looking to do any heavy lifting.
