Communicate with your tenant on tasks you are uncertain about and confirm if there are comfortable living with fixes you completed or if they would like a professional.

I realized I hadn't thought about it, but it will likely be working professionals, students, or families.

This influx of high-paying jobs (averaging $60 per hour) is expected to draw a significant number of professionals to the area, boosting demand for housing and various services.

Just like every professional has a different pay range and skill cap, PM has differences in knowledge and skills.
