Thanks,  I continued to be persistent and tripped over  the information I needed.

However after some gentle persistence I was able to follow up with a phone call and scheduled a breakfast w/ him last Friday.

If the PM refuses, persist with the complaint.

Be organized, polite but persistent, get a meeting with an examiner and leave with permit in hand.

However, this is not a common request at these stores and HD/lowes don't teach their employees how to set up orders like this but be persistent.

Persistence and consistence.

Because of persistence, follow ups, and consistently cold prospecting on a daily basis, in my first full 12 month calendar year licensed (2018), I have been able to replace my previous salary.
