I am passionately convinced that concrete printing is the future of residential construction, especially here in the south.

One of the main reasons I got into this industry is my passion for helping people and wanting to guide people into a good loan product for them based on their needs. 

I am passionate about real estate investing for 2024-2025.

My passion lies in real estate development, particularly in the realms of short-term rentals (STR) and long-term rentals (LTR).

I’m particularly interested in exploring opportunities in the Raleigh/NC Mountain area and am excited to connect with like-minded individuals who share similar goals.I’m looking forward to diving into the wealth of knowledge here, sharing experiences, and collaborating with others who are passionate about real estate investing.

I'm interested in connecting with like minded individuals who are also passionate about real estate investing and property development. 

My 10 year goal is to build at least $20,000 a month in passive income in order achieve some financial freedom, but I also see real estate investing as my true passion post military.

Besides this, rather boring, pastime of writing code, I also happen to be extremely passionate about real estate, more specifically multifamily and I decided to launch a new project to develop an MVP of software solution that is tailored to the needs of property managers.
