I do not have access to the exact wording at the moment, but yes my lease does say that foreign substances are not to be sent down drains.

In many cases, substance addiction is propagated by the fear of withdrawal pains, or the fear of losing the addiction's perceived benefit, or some combination of the two.No one wants to be homeless and impoverished.

A lot of times I hear investors talk about the "hard times" and losing properties, but they lack substance as to why and what specifically happened. 

The substance is that this is a consumer loan, even if you structure it in a business form. 

Hi Alex, you literally just syringe some of the substance on to the walls/door frames and they eat it.

Great topic and really timely,  I had to purchase a new day planner last week which is very basic and was wanting something with a little more substance.
