Roach infestation on new purchase

I have bought some pretty nasty places as part of my BRRRR strategy but I just closed on a duplex that has possibly the worst roach infestation I have came across. The thing that blows my mind a family with 4 children were living in those conditions just last week.

I used this product on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002Y2GNVM) and put some in and it killed 95% overnight if anyone runs into any roach issues I highly recommend it.

Does anyone have me beat on an infestation?

I would also +1 that product. That thing is a lifesaver. Roaches are more active during the night so I recommend leaving it overnight on top of painter's tape.
