Hey Folks,We've all seen many investors cashing in on infill/development projects as well as landlording on appreciation speculation in Music City.

Like one time I met a 50 year old woman on Connected INvestor who was fishing for accolades from people that she got her first deal under contract and she was excited. 

We are opening up most of the downstairs where the dinning room, kitchen, family room and music room (at least that's how we are staging it) are all free flowing so the exposed duct work would be more of an architectural feature on the main floor. 

The podcasts are awesome, I haven't listened to music in a few months, just trying to get through all of them even though the topics are all over the place lol.

I have worked with some of the largest names in the music industry (Morrissey, Kings of Leon, One direction, Rihanna, etc.).

I hope to move to KC end of this school year if my wife can find a music teaching job (any grade!) 

I wasn't really concerned with it until the 5th or 6th time it happened each time stopping playing loud music and cursing at me.

But I definitely have leaned that most people my age won't understand why I don't know any music because I just listen to podcasts.  

If you start playing musical chairs with attorneys it can cost you as you will have to start anew each time which is tic toc ching ching if you know what I mean. 

The draw to NYC is the music scene though.
