I have severe ptsd, high blood pressure, and panick attacks.. holding my sbake and having it slowly moving around my neck and through my hands etc.. is the best therapy EVER  I've tried meds and other CRAP he relaxes me and helps me more than anything has..  

@Dina HarlethWhile possible, that LLC will lose its privacy once it comes to do business in California and must therefore register in California to be compliant with state law.A trust will be a better vehicle for your goal. 

They don't even know what living on their own is supposed to be like.Cons:- more wear and tear on the unit- higher chances of neighbor complaints (if parties, but some college tenants are just fine - look for pre-med, etc.)

We have one like this, (though not as bad), and we always know when she's off her meds.

Medical insurance would show claims too, good for dates and pain killer, chemo meds. 

If you have no coverage, it will be your responsibility to defend it and, if upheld, pay the loss earnings and med. bills.

Haven't had any problems other than with tenants that have med-large dogs that made tracks around the yard where they tread, plus grass burn from their urine.

Just make sure they have their updated rabies shots and on flea/tick meds.
