The online wasn't anything like my online college courses - it was simply that the PDFs of the book chapters are online, and there were videos of one of the instructors pretty much reading the book to you more or less verbatim.

I remember hearing a rough stat in real estate school about how 1 in 5 agents don't renew their license the first go around, by year five only 20% of agents are still active.....if you are just looking for "scouts on the field" you may try contacting the real estate schools and tell the instructors to hand your name out....may not be the most experienced agents but with you being their only agent I guarantee they will be dedicated to You only.
