I have actually been spending the weekend at the fortunebuilders seminar and have learned so much from the instructor.

Then, a man named Mark came up and introduced himself as the instructor.

But what I do find frustrating is that as a college level instructor, you will happily take me down a notch, yet not offer a solution to guide me in the right path.

Not just anyone can be a firearms instructor for example.

Skip what you may not grasp, let the instructor teach it.After you get the basics, all this investor stuff falls in place.

Now, I regularly volunteer as a high performance driving instructor, coaching new students on how to safely drive faster and smoother under controlled conditions.  

The online wasn't anything like my online college courses - it was simply that the PDFs of the book chapters are online, and there were videos of one of the instructors pretty much reading the book to you more or less verbatim.

REI training really boils down to the instructor, because what I've seen and heard is not correct or realistic, there are some bad habits taught.

I remember hearing a rough stat in real estate school about how 1 in 5 agents don't renew their license the first go around, by year five only 20% of agents are still active.....if you are just looking for "scouts on the field" you may try contacting the real estate schools and tell the instructors to hand your name out....may not be the most experienced agents but with you being their only agent I guarantee they will be dedicated to You only.

Also, it would be great to find a school that is affordable and provides great instructors.
