To be clear - what your realtor told you is incorrect.

It would be the incorrect address of anyone tried to purchase it as it is part of several lots filed with county and escrow.

If so, maybe you need to get rid of her instead.I can tell you that the setup is already incorrect.

For you all that think a bank will repossess something for not repaying a credit card bill are incorrect, unless it was proven to be intentional.  

(though these can be subjective)  Solomon, Please correct me with what you learned if I am incorrect, but the perception I'm getting is that you think you learned not to get involved in deals that aren't bought right and have too much leverage that cannot be refinanced.

I was saved my the bell, the property was listed incorrectly and the broker was a bit shaky with their practices.

Many agents are lazy and do not take the time to add photos that illustrate unique characteristics, incorrectly add the unit numbers, bedroom count, or fail to verify the square footage that could be greater than the public records the MLS autopopulates. 4, Many MLS properties are listed under the incorrect categories (multi-family under the residential section, multi-family under commercial etc.). 

Some of the info (at least in my deals) are incorrect.

I am not saying that it is incorrect, it's just certain places will always do better with the right management.
