Hi Deep / Adrià,Thanks for above posts.I am a newbie just starting out on REI path and glad to find other people interested in Valencia.I was in Valencia and Alicante cities recently and felt more inclined toward Valencia (bigger city; more diverse opportunities instead of mainly tourism in Alicante's case).It'll be great to know your thoughts about good neighbourhoods in Valencia for long term rental investment.

I felt justified (nice guy).Here's how it all went down.I went to the house before because the new owners said there was water in front of the sink and they are not mechanically inclined at all. 

With option #2, you might be inclined to take a "finder's fee" or whatever else they call it of 2% of the deal knowing that the investor is going to get killer returns. 

They tend to be a bit stricter from what I understand, so some sellers might be less inclined to work with a VA buyer also.

I'd also be inclined to upgrade the panels (I always do) depending on the amperage/condition of the busbar (corrosion).
