Most landlords wouldn’t be able to cover that bill.Perhaps they could look into local social programs like this one: https://www.unitedwayoc.org/how-we-are-doing-more/housing/And, in the meantime, California (unlike the feds) has decided to now offer unemployment assistance to undocumented immigrant workers impacted by this crisis.

Of course there are even better deals to be had down in the US but as Canadians we have to be cautious purchasing in the US---there are tax implications of course plus visiting or especially working on US properties as a Canadian can bring trouble...you can't even cut your own grass or change a lightbulb unless you want the IRS and Immigration on your tail!

English eat Squab (pigeon), and I love sushi.During the late 70s and 80s there was a big cultural adjustment for recent immigrants in certain part of the county I grew up in (Orange County) and inappropriate, over the top jokes about missing dogs were rampant.Maybe your lease clause should be modified to read: "...no dogs as pets or livestock".

I personally don't think so, we are a nation of immigrants who have changed America for hundreds of years.
