The amount of abuse and so quickly that can be done on these units is simply someone who is not immersed in and very familiar with the tenant base just simply can't fathom.. and usually gets schooled after the fact and when they have lost a big pile of money....

Like I said above, going through the pre-licensing class will not teach you enough about the industry or how to invest so if you really want to become immersed within Real Estate, I think you will have to do it full time versus becoming a referral agent.

We actually carry an immersion water heater with us in our travels, like students at a hostel, AND have had to use it multiple times to boil water for coffee, tea, and ramen soup in some places, some of which looked oh so nice in their listings.Luxury hotels INVARIABLY overpromise and underdeliver.
