I usually host a meetup too every month or so.

I own and co-host MTR rentals in north Dallas, Texas.I would also add time before an MTR move-in for any fixes.

There is options for hosted showings via others.

I was working with a DSCR lender on comparing options on a seven property portfolio purchase a couple years ago and the difference between bundling them and doing them all separately was negligible.
