I'm 27 years old, married and working a full time job I don't like with no room for advancement, both financially and self improvement and I believe Real Estate is where my heart is at. 

I enjoy working out and dieting as it tests ones discipline, self control and teaches one to work hard and to be patient in order to see results, which I feel has been a priceless attribute acquired and will transfer over to my real estate endeavours.My Experience With Real Estate (or lack-thereof)I have no real experience thus far except for everything that I've read, heard and watched.

I believe a healthy dose of motivation is an important part of anyone's diet so If anyone has any success stories, specific real estate related memories or moments that stand out, or any general words of encouragement to help get me fired up please share!

I fell like I exercise a decent amount, my real gains will be made with my diet

We all have past lives, The difference is some got caught and some didn't doing what ever they did when we were fool hearty kids.

The people are way more healthy than we are (probably a diet thing and exercise thing) with old people running across the streets and riding motos! 

My heart is beating fast, and I'm really nervous about what's going to happen.

If your heart is set on a SFR then your probably viewed as a consumer much more than an investor.

The problem is I feel I'm an entrepreneur at heart; I just don't get the corporate "clawing your way up the ladder" to make someone else money and killing yourself for it.
