connecting with Investors in Austin

Hi All, i am investor based out in san jose area , i am planning to relocate to austin Tx in next couple months, would love to connect with local investors in that area, also any help in understanding the austin and its suburbs  neighbourhoods and market is appreciated.

@Chaithra Kumar, I have lived in Austin since 1998 and I began buying investment real estate in 2003.  Since that time Austin and surrounding burbs have exploded.  It is hard to make great deals from an investors point of view, however, if you're house hacking it is still profitable.  I focus on duplexes.  I mentor a few young investors here in Austin for the price of a cup of coffee.  If you come to Austin hit me up and I can give you my thoughts.  Cheers.
