How are these neighborhoods ( cockrell hill, garland, rowlett, princeton, little elm, the colony ) ? 

Rowlett is in the Garland ISD which is not the greatest.

@Cornelius Garland Which direct mail medium to you find works best with these older owners?  

Also, I think northern Mesquite near Garland is preferable to southern Mesquite.

Particularly, look at east Richardson (Berkner High School), Allen, Garland, the older portions of Plano, southwest Arlington (Martin High School) and the Mid Cities (Hurst-Euless-Bedford, North Richland Hills, Keller and Watauga).
