I'll share with you something that works out here in AZ, not sure if access is the same in FL though.When you are driving around, take note of all of the flip and spec build construction sites that you see.When you get back to your laptop, you should be able to look up the permit on the project.

Personally, I don't find BP to be very user friendly on my android phone, and I heard some other BP members complain about the app /  and similar ISO platforms.But when I'm on my laptop, it's alright. 

They seem really finicky.

STR's are a little more finicky with regards to cash flow.

You can get a lap top for almost $100 now days. works great and can get a power charger even to your car.

If you use your cellphone, the Internet, a space in your house where you work on your real estate, and maybe even purchase a laptop to use for your real estate activity, etc. all these are allowable expenses.

The PC and the Lap top is becoming a secondary item.

My daughter keeps trying to get mine but she just got a new laptop and this has to much important stuff on it to not keep it safe lol.
