The high speed rail has some approval: The high-speed rail station in Merced is environmentally cleared to be located adjacent to State Route (SR) 99 and the Union Pacific Railroad (UPPR) line on SR 59 – also known as Martin Luther King Jr.

The plan is to expand the footprint of the property into a 1,500 SQF 3BR/2BA house.

He is very low key and has little foot print n the web  what is there looks good but I am concerned at just how little there is.  

I'd like to build a very small two-family in the house's original footprint - 2,000 sq. ft. 4BD 2BA, plus an unfinished basement.Anyone out there have experience doing something exactly like this?

As you go down the scale of desirability, the price goes down, until you reach the small station, in a bad location, hard to get to, in a low income neighborhood, with environmental compliance issues.  

They did one for me years ago and I know their footprint goes up and down the east coast. 

We utilize an efficient method that allows us to build homes very cost effectively while producing less waste and reducing our carbon footprint.

The deal becomes more challenging due to the lack of a US foot print.

We keep a smaller footprint so we can give better service!
