Unfortunately, we chose to pay for an education program that didn't have an eco-system of potential investors once we finished the program. 

However, it was Brad and his ecosystem of deal sponsors and passive investors in the group that I immediately had a connection to.

His control of this ecosystem of students and investors is invaluable to a new investor.In less than six months being a member, I've had the opportunity to invest in many deals, and have chosen to invest in 5 different deals in 4 different states, buying 8 apartment complexes totaling 1091 units.I invested in all of these passively, from my home in St.

The experience and knowledge you'll gain from being in that ecosystem will pay more dividends than wages will.

Assuming that a perfect ecosystem could just create itself - no one could rationally believe that a perfect ecosystem that created itself could also create it's own means to adapt to changes without some intelligent design behind it.
