She's on a cruise and can't pay until she gets back?

All we can do is gently explain the financials.Do not purchase property (or anything else) from slick-talking investment groups with webinars and cruises and hyped-up marketing and literature.

These guys are not genuine and they are not interested in their students success or like the guy who has the one where you pay 10k and they will fund your deal for a 50 50 split up to the first 500k profit that hooks the student right away counting on 500k .. these guys fund very few deals and make the money on the dreamers .thats my take on it from some one who actually personally knows these folks and has been to many of the events for the last 20 years from bus tours 5 day boot camps cruises you name it.

It's not sexy, it's not a cruise, you're not commandeering the HMS Pinafore while you sing, it goes against every hip/cool "OPM" speech you heard from gurus, but it just may keep your butt from drowning.

For the last couple of weeks, every property I look at has someone else cruising it.
