✅ Typical origination fees?

I have already spent quite a bit on attorney's fees myself. 

That would be the minimum entry fee I would think.

It's much easier to unwind a fee for service relationship than it is a partnership.  

We currently accept rent from tenants using a variety of 3rd party apps-Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle but are moving away from accepting payments in our individual names and want to start accepting payments directly to the LLC/business accounts, but LLC accounts do not accept Zelle and there is a fee for using business accounts on Venmo.

I know hosts have included additional cleaning fees for violations as a deterrent.If none of these solutions work, you could look into completely independent HVAC systems for the two units, though that would be a bigger upfront investment.

I manage MTRs in NC and SC - our SC properties still cover their costs and then some in the MTR space even after my management fees.

Kiavi minimum 2k origination fee for 30Y loans is ridiculous.

I got more than enough up front as the non-refundable Option fee to cover all expenses and rents and to get a judgment against the Optionee.

I have no problem paying a wholesale fee if there's plenty of margin for me.
