For instance, giving homes to the homeless is a great and compassionate idea, however, there are several homeless people that if you were to give them a home, after a short period of time, that home may become run down because they may not know how to, or may be incapable of, handling the responsibility of owning and keeping up a home.I hope this helps.

I just try to be compassionate and hopefully can assist making that transition more controllable versus an abrupt eviction.Regarding the estimates, I leave that mostly to the buyer, as they are the ones that will have the vision and budget to determine if my Rehab costs are accurate or not.

Check the inventory document that should list the real estate for (any) the decedent..If your going to send a letter "I" try to be compassionate and sympathetic at the some time.But the question is getting the executor/heirs' to open the letter...The estate (family) is going through mixed emotions...Stay positive....
