I come back often because I grew to love the church family I have there (The Rock FWC).

However, I have taught thousands over the years (mostly in church) to better their lives by eliminating bad debt.My becoming a full time real estate investor was based more upon financial stewardship than finding a lot of real estate deals.

The crier was fired the investor was shunned for years by his church. 

We believe in giving 1/10 of our income to church. our 3 y/r is learning to do 1/3 of her earnings to spending, saving, and giving.

See if there are church members that would entertain participation in such a non-profit.

I also suggest you keep your money situation to yourself until you know who you are dealing with, you need to play poor as a church mouse, IMO.
