This one hour old 30ft long 8ft tall beautiful light brown wooden fence cast a shadow on the windows of two of my three bedrooms.

Hello all,I'm new to the BiggerPockets website but visit the website and listen to the POD cast everyday. 

He has 10-30 deals in philly every month and he can send them to your inbox.The best real estate Pod cast hands is Bigger Pockets.   

Lots of RE reading n listening on BP here...pod cast, blog, books etc.

Part of this is developing a tight marketing funnel mentioned in the latest Bigger Pocket Pod cast with Paul Thompson. 

However found out I had 12 feet of cast iron sewer line that needs to be replaced nothing but excuses. 

@Yeng Hawj If you are going to cash-out refi and use the cast toward another purchase, I would recommend a conventional 30 yr fixed is the best way to go.

Some things they consider acceptable....moving in grown children and their live in partners, pets without landlord permission,  modifications to unit without permission, bringing in curbside cast off furniture containing bed bugs etc.........Finding regular tenants that pay on time will be far less work and stress than S8.Additionally inspections can be a major pain.

Sadly I don’t have many contacts in real estate, so everything I have learned so far is from books and the pod casts and few of the forums I’ve browsed on bigger pockets.

I have been a full time investor for 20 years and been listening to the pod-casts ever since I found the site a year ago.
