Investors from CA,AZ,NV are often seeking a reprieve from the density and anxiety of urban living and the Oregon Coast offers ocean, rivers, lakes, dunes, mountains and outdoor activities year round to unplug (or plug in?).

Beautiful city, near the coast and mountains, a ton of businesses moving into the area, large demand for property, etc etc.

You can certainly look in the suburbs or mountains, but the downtown area is going to be tough. 

Fresno County includes quite a few mountain areas and I wonder if those are included in this chart since the chart peaks in the summer time.  

This house was already priced about $30k over comps, if based solely on br/ba count and square footage, but it was at the crest of a hill, had mountain views through big bays of windows and views of the Denver skyline.

I have a mountain of emails proving what I say.
