It is the under-writer who will make the determination. 

I would much rather the writer just get to the point.Anyway...

It felt like at many times I had the equivalent of writers block mixed in with a lot of excuses.

If there is conflicting information in the lease, the court will usually favor the person who DIDN'T write the lease, because the lease writer should have been diligent to ensure there is no conflicting information.

I thought that what the writer said didn’t ring true.

Note to any magazine article writers that hate landlords: I am advocating following all state and local laws to "protect" any and all precious tenant victims. 

Then they hired a ghost writer to create a training program and lend their name to that ghost writere / marketing company for them to go out and teach you things.
