There are many investor freindly title companies in Michigan. It depends on type of transaction you are doing.
Different title companies would do certain type of deals and not other type of deals; based on their policies / under writer guidelines.

Type of deals: Tax sale involved? New construction? Assingment of contract? Double closing? matters...
